Delaney Bradley

After graduating from Bryant University in 2017, Delaney joined ALKU and began her career as an Internal Recruiter on a team of just three. Over the past nine years, she has played an integral role in the growth of ALKU’s Talent Acquisition function, including launching and building the company’s Campus Recruiting Team from the ground up. Through roles including Internal Recruiting Manager and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Delaney has continued to expand her impact on ALKU’s hiring strategy and growth. Today, she oversees both Internal Recruiting and Campus Recruiting, leading a team of more than 15 employees focused on achieving company hiring goals and building a strong pipeline to support ALKU’s future growth.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

When I first started here, I was told that at ALKU, we ‘demand more because we reward more’ and I have experienced that time and time again through the Have Fun Working Hard culture. I love being surrounded by talented, driven people who challenge each other, celebrate the wins, laugh through the occasional chaos, and genuinely enjoy working together. To me, Have Fun Working Hard means bringing your energy and giving each day your all, while producing results that you and your team are proud of.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

Aside from being involved in ALKU’s giving back initiatives, such as our Scholarship Committee and other volunteer opportunities, my favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by bringing people together. Whether it’s ‘getting in the mud’ with my teams, mentoring others, helping plan team events, or jumping in to celebrate a big win, I love creating experiences that make people feel connected and part of something bigger. Some of my favorite moments at ALKU have happened outside of the day-to-day work, when we’re getting to know each other outside of work and celebrating team accomplishments.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of work, my life revolves around my daughter, my big family, and finding any excuse to get to the beach! When I’m sitting down and relaxing at the end of the night, it is likely that I am either online shopping or planning my next trip. My husband and I love to travel and have a long list of places we want to visit!
