Dennis Kapsimalis

Dennis Kapsimalis attended the University of New Hampshire. He started his ALKU career in June 2012 as ALKU’s first Life Sciences Intern and began his full-time career in June 2013 as a Quality Recruiter. As the Vice President of Talent Operations, Dennis is responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of ALKU and the development of its employees by working with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams. Adding to his responsibilities will be the strategy and direction ALKU’s Training Centers. 

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®?”
I Have Fun Working Hard® by getting inspired by those around me. I love seeing people make their first deals, hit milestones, and get promoted. These things happen daily, and this creates infectious energy throughout the office.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?:
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by being a member of State of Mind and taking advantage of our VTO opportunities. It is gratifying to give back!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU:
Outside of ALKU, you can find me traveling, golfing, or at a Boston sporting event!
