Haley Giampietro

Haley Giampietro attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She began as an ALKU Intern in the winter of 2015 as a Payroll and Billing intern and transitioned to a Finance position. She started her full-time ALKU career as a Financial Analyst. Today, Haley oversees the Finance and Accounting teams. Her day-to-day includes working with the leaders of these teams to develop the Accountants and Analysts at ALKU. These teams reconcile and close the general ledger, report on financials, and set budgets and forecasts. In addition, her teams work closely with ALKU’s Leadership team to provide them with metrics and financial information to help them do their jobs!

I Have Fun Working Hard by joking around with my team and bringing some fun into dealing with numbers all day!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is to collaborate with others at the company with different roles and perspectives than I do.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside work, I like to spend time with my friends, family, and dog. I also like to go to the beach, work out, and read!
