John Bull

John Bull graduated from the University of New Hampshire and Corvinus University in Budapest. He joined ALKU as a Recruiting Intern in December 2013 and started his full-time ALKU career in June 2015 as a PeopleSoft Recruiter. John has carved his way to becoming the Director of Enterprise Solutions Recruiting. Today he oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Enterprise Solutions, including Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and Oracle Cloud.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard by celebrating others’ success, big and small. Getting to know so many different people is a privilege, and seeing those you know succeed is so much fun. I also like to try and make people laugh. This can be fun or hard; sometimes, it doesn’t work.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by jumping at the opportunity to participate in VTO opportunities, company initiatives, and fundraising to give back whenever possible!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I enjoy reading, never improving my golf game, traveling to new places, and searching for the perfect hot dog.
