Recruiting Director, Enterprise SolutionsA graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Corvinus University in Budapest, John joined ALKU as a Recruiting Intern in 2013 before starting full-time as a PeopleSoft Recruiter. Today, he oversees Enterprise Solutions’ day-to-day operations and strategic direction, including Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and Oracle Cloud.
How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by celebrating others’ successes—big and small. Getting to know so many different people is a privilege, and seeing those you know succeed is so much fun. I also like to try to make people laugh to add some fun to the work environment, even when it’s challenging.
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by jumping at any opportunity to participate in VTO events, company initiatives, and fundraising to give back whenever possible!
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I enjoy reading, never improving my golf game, traveling to new places, and searching for the perfect hot dog.
