Sales Director, Medical Device

Kristina Kent attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she studied Communications. She started her ALKU career in April 2016 as an Account Manager. As the Director of Medical Device Sales, she oversees sales for four divisions within our Medical Device brand: Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Sciences. Her day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring leaders and developing the brand’s strategy and vision. Additionally, as a Director, she is responsible for developing Revenue leaders and making company decisions for both Account Managers and Recruiters.

I Have Fun Working Hard® every day by celebrating my team’s successes and keeping things fun and light. The culture is contagious, and I truly enjoy being surrounded by such motivated, energetic people.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by being an ally and creating relationships with as many groups as possible. I am also part of our ALKU Women’s Empowerment ERG, spent time on the ALKU scholarship committee, and participated in various VTOs & mentorship events.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
I enjoy hanging out with my husband, friends and family, and my goldendoodle, Griffey! I am a big foodie and love trying out new restaurants; I spend too much time on Resy and Open Table! I am eager to work on my golf game and recently signed up for a wine certification course!
