Mark Eldridge

Mark Eldridge has been in the staffing and consulting industry since he graduated college. Through his experience, Mark noticed a need for reliable, highly specialized resource services and solutions. This observation led to the launch of ALKU in 2008! During ALKU’s years in business, its unique Have Fun Working Hard® culture and exponential growth have been recognized with several prestigious awards. The company operates on the simple belief that if you give the right people the correct tools, everything else will fall into place. Mark’s laser focus on personnel development has helped ALKU create more than 20 revenue teams and best-in-class corporate infrastructure.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by listening to the office’s daily chaos, buzz, and loudness. If you work hard, you will achieve greatness, in turn creating experts!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
For ten years, I mentored a child and ate lunch with him weekly. Mentorship changed my life for the better and is something I continue to put first today. Therefore, my favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by helping others. Everyone at ALKU now has Volunteer Time Off opportunities so the entire company can pay it forward!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I am always staying busy and on the go. I love being outdoors. You can find me boating, golfing, or kayaking. Other hobbies include playing the saxophone, watching movies, and watching the Red Sox and Patriots.
