Michael O’Brien

Director, Sales Strategy

Michael came to ALKU in 2011 as an Account Manager within the ALKU Technologies division. Having previously worked as a Sales Representative, Michael could leverage his natural ability and drive to succeed to excel in this role quickly. In addition, his dedication, attitude, and passion led him to the SAP and Oracle Sales Manager position.
As the Director of Sales Strategy, Michael will continue to provide guidance and structure to our sales teams, finding the best ways to strategize and grow our business.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by trying to create a fun environment at all times! In addition, I am known for being one of ALKU’s biggest cheerleaders in celebrating others’ success.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved is by being a part of various ERGs. I am a member of the DE&I Team, Have Fun Working Hard Committee®, Tech Ambassadors, and the Parents ERG. Additionally, I run the Senior Program and ensure that ALKU is celebrating our many successful milestones.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I spend time with my family; I have a ten-month-old son who is incredibly fun! I love sports, and I enjoy attending/watching almost any game I can. Additionally, I like to ski, and I am a big fan of Orange Theory!
