Nate Hoffman

Nate Hoffman attended the University of New Hampshire. He started his ALKU career as an Intern in 2015 and began his full-time position as a Pharmaceutical Recruiter in 2017. Today, Nate is responsible for developing each Recruiting Manager in all four Pharmaceutical groups and overseeing all Pharmaceutical Recruiting.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I constantly try to challenge myself to lead by example every single day. The harder I work, the harder my team works, and I know each one of my team members is right behind me. With hard work comes success, and having success is a lot of fun! So to me, the recipe is simple. Work hard, and have a lot of fun while doing it.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by trying to build relationships with as many people as possible. Whether these relationships are in my group or outside our brand, I love trying to give my advice and perspective on staffing and career development. I have countless memories of mentors who helped me when I first started, so being able to transfer some of the knowledge is something I am passionate about.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
I love to spend time with my family and friends outside of ALKU. I enjoy snowboarding in the winter and golfing in the summer. I will also never say no to a friendly game of chess – chess champion of 2013.
