How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I enjoy helping people reach their next career/personal milestone. Over the course of my career, we have had a multitude of group and individual success stories that have led to a lot of growth across the board, both personally and professionally for our team members. I love to see people hit new goals and achieve things they never thought were possible (or thought would take much longer than they did).
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
I take pride in making sure that everyone understands the “why” behind everything that we do. It’s honestly been a part of my personal process since I was young and has only continued to evolve as I have grown, and we have grown as a company and as a team. Whether that be a process, decision, strategy etc. around the business or life, I like to always be someone people can depend on.
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Golfing, spending time on the lake, playing pick up across pretty much any recreational sport (softball, basketball, pickleball, etc.) and watching football!
