Tarah Lovato

Tarah started her ALKU career in November 2013 after being referred by Vice President, Lauren Pacella. Beginning as a Quality Recruiter before moving to ALKU’s Pharmaceutical division, she has been instrumental in the growth of the Pharmaceutical group from both a sales and recruiting perspective. As Senior Sales Director, Pharmaceutical & Government, Tarah is responsible for developing these groups and their Leadership teams as ALKU grows.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by spending time with my teams and constantly being surrounded by ambitious and hard-working people. We continually challenge one another, poking fun and making each other laugh. I love to see the success of the Recruiters and Account Managers on my teams!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by creating and maintaining internal relationships. I am a member of AWE and have served on the ALKU Scholarship Committee. Any opportunity to speak in front of a crowd or highlight ALKU, sign me up! I also love taking advantage of our VTO opportunities, especially Lazarus House!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of ALKU, I always spend time with my French Bulldog, Stella. I enjoy reading, traveling, the beach, and hanging out with friends!
