Tarah Lovato

Tarah started at ALKU in November 2013 after being referred by Vice President, Lauren Pacella. She started as a Quality Recruiter and then moved to the Pharmaceutical division. Tarah has been instrumental in the growth of the Pharmaceutical group from both a Sales and Recruiting perspective. Today, as the Director of Pharmaceutical and Government Sales, Tarah manages the entire account management side of the Pharmaceutical brand and is responsible for developing the management team overseeing these groups as ALKU grows.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by spending time with my teams and constantly being surrounded by ambitious and hard-working people. We continually challenge one another, poking fun and making each other laugh.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by creating and maintaining relationships internally. In addition, I am a part of AWE and the ALKU Scholarship Committee. I love taking advantage of our VTO opportunities, especially Lazarus House!

Outside of ALKU:
Outside of ALKU, I always spend time with my French Bulldog, Stella. I enjoy reading, traveling, the beach, and hanging out with friends!
