Tyler Bush

After joining Holland Square Group (HSG) in 2016, Tyler saw immediate success as a leader; when ALKU acquired HSG at the end of 2017, he succeeded in helping merge the two teams within Healthcare IT, resulting in significant growth for the company. Today, Tyler is responsible for the direction and decision-making of his brands, along with the development of its entire Leadership team and future growth.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®?”

I Have Fun Working Hard® by ensuring every individual has all the tools they need to experience a high-level of success. I thoroughly enjoy watching everyone, no matter the role they are in, have a tremendous amount of success and have fun while doing so. The atmosphere in the office is contagious; you see teams push each other and continue to go above and beyond every day for one another.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by participating in various ERGs and culture initiatives. I am a member of ALKU’s DE&I Team and the Parents ERG, and I am fortunate enough to be the Executive Sponsor for ALKU’s HEAL ERG! It is also important to me that I engrain myself in as many parts of the business as possible to help initiate more growth.
