Tyler Bush

Tyler Bush joined Holland Square Group in 2016 and saw immediate success leading the EHR groups. When ALKU acquired HSG at the end of 2017, Tyler succeeded in merging the Recruiting teams within Healthcare IT. He has been the driving force behind the success of the Cerner Commercial and Cerner Federal teams. His leadership has led to massive group and individual achievements across the Healthcare IT brand. In addition, Tyler has proved to be highly effective in developing future leaders at ALKU. As Senior Director, Tyler is responsible for the direction and decision-making of the brand, along with the development of our entire Leadership team.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®?”
I Have Fun Working Hard® by ensuring every individual on the floor has everything they need. I love watching everyone in the ALKrew have great success and have fun while doing so. The atmosphere in the office is contagious; you see the teams push each other and continue to go above and beyond every day.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by being a part of various ERGs. I am a member of DE&I and the Parent’s group. Additionally, I love spending time with people and positively impacting others.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I love spending time with my two sons, family, and friends. I enjoy golfing and love watching the Carolina Panthers. Additionally, I am obsessed with shoes!
