Senior Recruiting Director, HCIT & DISSAfter joining Holland Square Group (HSG) in 2016, Tyler saw immediate success as a leader; when ALKU acquired HSG at the end of 2017, he succeeded in merging the Recruiting teams within Healthcare IT, resulting in significant growth for the company. Today, Tyler is responsible for the direction and decision-making of his brand, along with the development of its entire Leadership team and future growth.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by ensuring every individual on the floor has everything they need. I love watching everyone have great success and have fun while doing so. The atmosphere in the office is contagious; you see teams push each other and continue to go above and beyond every day.
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by participating in various ERGs and culture initiatives. I am a member of ALKU’s DE&I Team and the Parents ERG. I am also the Executive Sponsor for ALKU’s HEAL ERG!
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, I love spending time with my two sons, family, and friends. I enjoy golfing and love watching the Carolina Panthers. Additionally, I am obsessed with shoes!
