Micaela Damiano

Since starting her ALKU career in 2013, Micaela has done everything possible to put her employees on the right path to success. A massive ambassador of ALKU’s culture and positivity, she is always willing to go out of her way for those around her to reach new heights of growth. Today, Micaela oversees recruiting within ALKU’s Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Kronos, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle Cloud groups. She also develops and works with Recruiting Managers in these areas, playing a large part in all recruiting operation efforts.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved is being a member of the AWE ERG and the Senior Program on the Revenue side. I am also the Executive Sponsor of ALKU’s Jewish Employee Group (JEG) ERG! 

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU:

Outside of ALKU, you can find me shopping, playing piano, or being a cat mom to my two cats, Raja and Kashi!
