Jon Kujala

Chief Operating Officer

With over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Jon specialized as an IT Recruiter before joining ALKU. He began his ALKU career in 2009 as the company’s first Recruiter, where he built the recruiting and training process, helping to develop ALKU’s Internship Program. As Chief Operating Officer, Jon is responsible for creating and overseeing annual budgeting and goals and hiring for all ALKU Corporate and Talent Divisions. He ensures that Corporate and Talent leaders are positioned to be successful – knowing the needs of ALKU’s Revenue divisions and creating efficient teams that support smooth company growth.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by feeding off the energy and excitement in the office. I enjoy seeing everyone having fun and listening to the ALKrew joke with one another.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved is by meeting new members of the ALKrew, mentoring, and making a positive impact on others.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of ALKU, life is busy spending time with family and raising my children. When I have free time, I enjoy playing golf and hockey!
