How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®?”
I try to bring the energy at all times! When you work with incredibly talented and driven people every day, a little laughter and a well-timed smile can go a long way. Whether it’s starting the day with some music trivia or lightening the mood with a good joke, I believe in creating moments that keep things fun and grounded. We also make a point to reward talent and shout out the people who are going above and beyond. When employees interact with me, I hope they can tell that I genuinely love what I do and care deeply about ALKU’s future.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
I love leading discussions and encouraging others to speak up. Whether it’s a company update, leadership conference, or brand-specific event, I enjoy recognizing people and getting everyone involved. I’ve always believed the best ideas come from a room where every voice is heard and people feel empowered to share their thoughts.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
My most important role in life is being a husband and father to my incredible family. I work hard to make sure my kids grow up supporting The Tennessee Volunteers, discovering their passions, and knowing they’re fully supported every step of the way. When I’m not plugged into work, you’ll usually find me at the ball fields, attending school events, or—if the stars align—squeezing in a round of golf.
